NDT Training Terms and Conditions – US
- Unless otherwise agreed, the maximum number of students is eight per course.
- The client must provide adequate training facilities, ensuring each student has a comfortable place to sit and write. This includes furnishing a large dry-erase whiteboard and markers. Alternatively, NDT-CGI can arrange classroom facilities for an additional fee.
- For 40-hour courses, students must attend eight hours per day for five consecutive days. Alternative schedules can be negotiated.
- The client is responsible for furnishing NDT equipment used for training. Equipment may be evaluated before the course begins, and additional purchases may be recommended.
- Students are required to bring a pen and paper to take notes, which enhances retention.
- Disturbances during class should be limited to emergencies, and all electronic devices must be turned off.
- Course fees include training books and literature for up to eight students. Most course information is presented through PowerPoint presentations.
- Each student will receive copies of training literature and PowerPoint handouts.
- Students must attend the entire required hours of training to receive credit for the course.
- Students failing to achieve 70% or higher on the end-of-course examination will not receive credit.
- Course completion certificates will be issued to students who successfully complete the course.
- Qualification exams may be administered during training, subject to agreement.
